Gaodi Holdings Limited is one of the well-known brand for seafood products in China, with its headquarters in Xiamen, Fujian Province, China. We are mainly engaged in the sales of dried seafood, algae, fungi, seafood snacks and frozen seafood products through our subsidiaries namely Xiamen Wofan Foodstuff Co., Ltd. ("Xiamen Wofan") and Fujian Wofan Food Co., Ltd. ("Fujian Wofan") to the major supermarket chains and convenience stores located in 9 provinces and 3 municipalities across China.
In 2005, Xiamen Wofan was founded in the beautiful coastal city of Xiamen by a group of passionate sea people, skilled in traditional seafood processing, dedicated themselves to become "The Porters from the Ocean to Dining Tables”, focusing on the career of natural dried seafood products. In eleven years, a close business relationship with various well-known supermarket chain in China has been built on the quality of our dried seafood products and our uniquely integrated supply chain on seafood and our team of over 200 promotors which strengthen our reach to the end consumers.
With the enhancement on our supply chain and sales channels and our innovation on food processing techniques through cooperation with research institutes, accompanied by our talented people, we constructed our product portfolio with 203 types of products, categorized into dried seafood, algae and fungi, seafood snack and frozen seafood products. We have passed the ISO-22000 certification on food safety management system and obtained the QS food production permit. Our target consumers has expanded from ordinary families to young generations who possessed stronger purchasing power, which brings us a huge step of growth, both in terms of business and revenue.
We have approximately 13 hectares of seaweed and sea tangle cultivation base, together with the close cooperation with various fishing fleets, a stable raw material supply has been secured. Since our establishment, leveraged on our research capabilities integrated with research institutes and our stringent food safety management system, we developed from a traditional enterprise inherited with traditional crafts to an innovative enterprise which joint forces with research institutes on research and development; from a single product line of dried seafood products to and extended portfolio with seafood snack foods; from the research on seafood processing technologies to revolution of supreme quality of products, we never stopped strengthening ourselves in the marine food industry, and will dedicate ourselves to become a leading brand of excellence with our brand new marine product business with emphasis on the health of humans.
We actively explore difference businesses with a goal to balance business risks. In 2020, we developed our new business on FMCG and comestics in Hong Kong and China through Perfect Go Trading (Hong Kong) Limited.
